I woke up today feeling like crap.  My cold has come back with a vengeance and now I have a painful cough too.  But the good news is I finally have some decent painkillers for my hands and knee.  NSAID's are awesome.  I don't care if they can kill you, they are awesome.

Anyways, I was feeling like crap today, managed to go home early, bought some throat lozenges and ate a slice of really good leftover pizza.  Then 8pm rolled around, I grabbed my blanket, my box of tissues and curled up in front of the tv to watch my show.  As far as spoof episodes go it was FRIGGIN AWESOME.  All in black and white, totally done in the style of the old horror flicks I had the urge to watch the episode with all the lights off.  It wasn't scary in the least, I just felt like the lights needed to be off.

Dean was his usual charming self.  Making comments about how God made him a virgin again, and coming up with the term Re-hymenated.  I didn't know men had hymens.  There was a really touching moment when he explained his situation to a nice woman and we know now that Dean has accepted that there is a higher power pulling the strings.  Then there was Dracula on a moped, Dean in lederhosen, Sam kicking down a cheap door, Sam going through a cheap wall, Dracula being peppersprayed (heh), and Sam guessing the movie Dean would have prefferred today's episode had been modelled after.  After watching it I have to say that Supernatural should be reviewed by the FDA as a decongestant and expectorant.

On another note, I don't know why I'm feeling so weird tonight.  Could be the new pain killer, could be the cold.  Hell, I could be sleep deprived for all I know.  But I don't really care and for now that suites me.
